How do I login to defaeco application?
Download defaeco salon app from Google play store on your mobile.
Install the application.
Enter Name
Enter Mobile Number
Hit “Continue”
Enter the OTP received on your mobile phone.
Click on Login button. -
What if I don’t get the OTP to login?
Ensure your mobile is in network range.
Click on Retry after 90 Seconds from the time OTP screen appears on the screen.
Validate the Name & Mobile number and click on “Continue”

How do I select the location?
On the Maps page->Start typing the location name in the “Search Location”
bar ->Select the accurate location name from the list -> Click on “confirm” -
How do I change the location?
On the Home Page - > Click on the Location appearing the top” - On the Maps page->Start typing the location name in the “Search Location” bar ->Select the accurate location name from the list -> Click on “confirm”

How do I fast search the Salon/Parlor/Spa?
On the Home Page - > Start typing the Salon name in the “Search for Salon” bar-> Salons matching the search will appear as a list-> Select Vendor.

What if the desired Salon/Parlor/Spa is not available in the search results?
We are in the process of onboarding vendors across different locations, please be patient with us.

What if no Salon/Parlor/Spas are available in the selected location?
We are in the process of onboarding vendors across different locations, please be patient with us.

How do I know the vendor distance from the selected location?
It appears at the bottom of the Vendor block next to location details.

How do I navigate to reach vendor location?
Selected Salon/Parlor/Spa screen has directions button that redirects to google maps.

How to select the services?
Selected Salon/Parlor/Spa screen has options to choose between Male, Female & Kids from where appropriate service selections can be made.

Is there an option to select common time slot together for me & my loved ones?
The current option allows to make individual bookings. You need to make multiple bookings subject to availability of common time slot in multiple bays.

What if the Salon is not operational/closed after the booking is confirmed?
Refund will be processed upon duly validated with the vendor.

How do I select different date & time?
Upon services selection, you are directed to schedule screen where Day, Date and time of your preference can be selected subjected to availability.

Can I change the order after the booking is confirmed?
No. Existing order can be cancelled and terms applicable as per cancellation policy. You are requested to place a new order upon cancellation of previous order.

How do I get back the amount deducted against the order that got cancelled due to technical issue?
Refund is automatically processed against amount deducted due to incomplete order processing as per the backing norms. If failed to receive refund within 48 Hours, your first point of contact should be the bank’s customer care. Please write to us at customercare@defaeco.in if the point#1 &2 fail to resolve the issue.

How to cancel the order?
On the navigation menu->> Go to Order->>Open the “Active Order” you wish to cancel->>Hit the “Cancel Order” button on bottom of the screen. Click “Ok” on the “sure you want to cancel the order” pop up window.

How do I get refund for the cancelled order?
All refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy.

Where do I find the OTP for the vendor to close the order booking?
On the navigation menu->> go to notification screen->> click on the notification received for the booked order->>share the 6 digit number with the vendor to close the order.

How do I view all the transactions made by me with defaeco?
On the navigation menu->> Go to Orders->>My Orders screen will allow you to view both “Upcoming” and “Past” Order.

How do I know the status of the refund?
It takes 4-5 days to complete the refund process. You would be notified under the notification tab upon completion of refund process.

Can I link multiple mobile numbers into one login account?
No, one mobile number per login.

Can I book the order for another person?
Yes, you may book the order for others. However, please do remember to share the OTP with them for vendor to complete the order.
